About Paladino's Pizza
NO DELIVERY SERVICE
Located at 221 Northern Lights Plaza, Syracuse, NY 13212, Paladino's Pizza operates as a pizza restaurant serving Syracuse in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 amβ8 pm. It is closed on Monday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (315) 455-6477. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is paladinosmattydale.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 733 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pizza restaurants in Syracuse.
Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Syracuse peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Staff at register was very friendly, helpful, and patient. The guy making the pizzas was awesome, and joked and chatted while cutting the pizza. There is nowhere else around with pizza this good. 100% would make a several hour detour to come back again!

When a restaurant or an eating establishment is busy, there is a reason; the food is really good. In this case the pizza was NY Style and really tastes good. Friendly customer service adds to a great pizzeria. Thank you.

I ordered a large pizza, half mushrooms and peppers half eggplant, and it was good. The people working were pretty friendly, including the guy who took my pizza out of the oven and told me I had a good looking pizza, which I greatly appreciated! The price was good, and the pizza was ready in a timely manner. Worth checking out!
